May weather in St. Lucia<\/h2>To get a good overview of the type of weather you can expect in May in St. Lucia, we will look at the day and night temperature, minimum and maximum water temperature, and if May is comfortable or humid

Generally, May in St. Lucia will be really nice. Historical data shows that you can expect an average temperature of around 80\u00b0F \/ 27\u00b0C. Due to the dry air, it will feel very comfortable. During the night, it will cool down to around 78\u00b0F \/ 26\u00b0C. Many will prefer a location with air conditioning due to the night temperature.

Relax by the beach<\/div>
St. Lucia has some pretty unique beaches, thanks to the island's volcanic nature. There are silvery beaches and golden sanded beaches where you can swim, sunbathe or read a nice book by the ocean. Marigot Bay is one of the prettiest harbors in the Caribbean, with a rich history and great beaches.<\/div>
Bathe in Sulphur springs<\/div>
A mud bath in a Sulfur spring is safe and said to have healing and restorative properties for your skin.<\/div>
Yachting<\/div>
You can hire a small yacht to tour the waters of Lucia and try sailing. The calm breeze and blue sky present the perfect background to the magnificent coastline.<\/div>
Tour the botanical garden<\/div>
For a view of the many natural tropical flowers that decorate the paths in stunning colors visit the botanical garden. The trail ends at the diamond falls with sparkling underlying rocks.<\/div>

There are several amazing spas on the island. At some rainforest spas in the treatment rooms in tree houses.<\/div>

One of the most recognizable attractions in St Lucia is the two pitons- petit piton and Gros Piton. They are twin volcanic peaks rising dramatically from the sea due to volcanic actions over 300 thousand years ago. The pistons are also a UNESCO world heritage site.<\/div>
Sulfur springs park<\/div>
Sulfur springs park is located on mount Soufriere, the Sulphur springs park is home to the only geothermal activity in lesser Antilles. Sulfur was once mined here; there are boiling water pools and rising steam. These pools can be viewed from a safe distance. You can also opt for a soak in the therapeutic springs close by.<\/div>
La Soufriere drive-in volcano<\/div>
Although the La Soufriere volcano hasn't erupted in many years, you can drive in and observe the boiling pools of steam and Sulfur springs.<\/div>
Tet Paul Nature Trail<\/div>
Tet Paul Nature Trail is a winding trail that affords you an undisturbed view of most of the island. The trail is a UNESCO world heritage listed pistons management area. Along the trail, which is considered moderate to easy for most people, you'll find medicinal herbs and plants with the help of a guide, learn about local cassava production, and sample exotic fruits.<\/div>
Anse Chastanet Coral Reef<\/div>
Anse Chastanet Coral Reef gives marine life lovers an experience like no other. You can just look from the shore or go snorkeling with the extensive sea life that inhabits this area. There are also several brightly colored sponges, corals, fishes, and crustaceans.<\/div>
